Hello my name is Fernando from Argentina and I'm having problems connecting with other players in Argentina, the ping is very high 1000ms and the connection drops the game lobby. I opened the DMZ on the router and configured antivirus MD.exe exclusion of files and continues with the same problem.

thanks for the help

If its always 1000ms you probably have a firewall.

If you have a firewall it is likely your ping will always be 1000ms. It's only concerning when it is yellow or just below 1000ms.

Are you not able to connect to any players?

The problem continues, we tested disable firewall. but the ping players from Argentina is good 120ms 80ms. to assemble the game lobby and launched the game is on the screen waiting for other players and then returns to the main menu.

thanks

What version of the game are you using? Origin, XWIS?

If present, remove 'wsock32.dll' from your game directory

As in you downloaded from here: http://xwis.net/forums/index.php/topic/177134-downloads/

You could try that.

If still having problems after, try connecting to the internet via a cable to rule out the router still being an issue.
