Guys,

recently i'm getting an automatically DC after deploying the mcv !!!

I've tried to re-install the game, but the same issue still appears

but i noticed that i'm not getting a DC from the server, it just shows the DC window and when i press quit it brings me back to the lobby without the need of re-login

means that i'm still connected to XWIS

also, I've tried to restart the network adapter / PC million of times still not working even with running as administrator ( i have win7 tho)

i should also say that i'm facing the same problem with the GR version, even if i played @ GR it's not working anymore !!

it sometimes works, but most of the time i got the same error

i just called the internet service providers, they ensuring that my line is working perfectly and nothing has been changed.

any help ?

i can't play anymore :'(

So don't deploy your MCV? Seems so simple..

Does it really disconnect or do you lose (copy protection).

So it is a disconnection screen at the beginning of the game not your base exploding? Sounds like you are having problems connecting to other players. Have a look at the troubleshooter.

tried the following :

I am experiencing problems connecting to other players

This problem can cause a black screen after game loading followed by a disconnection screen, or you may just not be able to connect to other players before the game has started. It can be caused by a number of reasons. To fix this:

  • Check that mph.exe is allowed through your firewalls

worked only once !!! then i tried the next step :

  • If you are still experiencing connection problems you may need to set up a DMZ connection through your router. The process for this can vary depending on your router make and model. Use google to search for a walkthrough or look here

again it worked ONLY ONCE !!!!

w/e i do it works only once perfectly then the same issue appears again

Are you using a router? If you are, can you try connecting directly to the modem instead of going through the router or at least disable the router's firewall?

Do you have another computer you could test on?

i tried to use another connection ( connected through my smart phone's mobile data via portable hotspot) and the game worked perfectly !!!

so i think it's something related to my current connection !!

i use a Netgear router, i enabled DMZ with static IP address and nothing has been changed !!! the same DC

Do you have access to the modem? You could connect an ethernet cable (network cable) from your modem to your PC, bypassing the router completely.

If you don't have access to the modem, then search for your router online and look for instructions on how to temporarily disable the firewall.

By doing either of these two things, we'll know if the problem is caused by the router or your actual internet connection.

i'm already connecting to the modem wireless, so you wanted me to try connecting using network cable instead of using wireless?

i'm sorry - but i'm not expert in such issues - what's the difference between modem / router ? because i have a Netgear router and i'm connecting using wireless

so i didn't understand what did you mean by "bypassing the router"

Ok, most likely you have a device that combines the modem and router. So your router is actually inside the modem.

Yes, if I were you I would try with a network cable instead of wireless to see if you have the same problem.

Can you tell us the model number of the Netgear router / modem you have?

If you install https://www.join.meor https://www.teamviewer.com and give me the access code, I can take a look in your router's settings. Just PM me the access code.

Yesterday, i added a new inbound rule through window's firewall which allowing all the incoming connections

after a couples of attempts / restarting pc & network adapter the game worked perfectly

played around 15 / 20 games, most of them were 2v2 with different players and i didn't get any error

2day after playing couples of games, i suddenly got the same error !! meanwhile i had zero programs running at the background, and i didn't even alt + tab !!!!

i did restart my pc, it worked after but for only one game and got the same error at the 2nd game !!!

idk if it's something related to the connection / pc

anyway i do appreciate your help, i did install teamviewer check ur inbox for the pm

yes

i gave Dsector a remotely access to my laptop, he did a lot of stuffs (re-installing, removing the registry, static IP address, and some other modifications to the router settings ) but nothing have solved the problem !!

it worked for only couples of games and suddenly i got the same error again,

also i tried running the game from another PC using the same router / connection, and it didn't work as well
