Looking like a beast has nothing to do with how heavy you can lift. It is all about form, nutrition and range. 34kg Bells? Fuck that, When I curl I use a 35kg bar, 5 sets of 10 superset with French Presses. So I lift relatively light compared to you 'animals' but I promise you my arm's are very impressive.
