I made xwis account brought a copy of red alert 2 installed game works fine used the password from xwis to go online when I creted a nick registered serial long into game but wont show lobby online and keeps saying invalid password I have already used the password from xwis but still wont work on my bros works fine on my red alert so I know what im doing just need to find out why password invalid and wont show lobby online for my bro

Is the nick you are trying to use registered to the serial attached to your xwis account?

I have tried for 2 days now to log in to the game , keeps saying invalid password goto xwis.net/ga , i have then what do i do ? i have reset the password 12 times , changed the password when prompted but the bloody game wont let me logon/play!!

 

i go to my information in the game - it see's me , tells me what my ranking is etc but when i go to play on internet - " invalid password - goto xwis.net/ga" then what?

 

can someone please tell me in pidgeon english exactly what i need to do?

What nickname are you trying to use in-game?
Have you tried creating a new nickname at http://xwis.net/ga ?

Thanks Olaf, I have now set up a new nick , pity we cant use the old , thanks for your help dude

If the nick is listed at http://xwis.net/gayou should be able to use it. Perhaps a wrong password is stuck in your game client somehow.
