in this xgs replay is the 2 games vs this guy first he use " scratcher" nick after Frame 3314 he DC... after Frame 4312 the  second game start vs him he joined as "soeverein" nick at Frame 6725 he build presidents i also thinkits a permbanned cheater that dodges his permban

Dont know how you managed to record to games within one xgs file but i cant accept it as evidence.

 

He has been proven for president's before though, the bounty hunters will keep an eye out.
