Is it considered lame to rush a base with a flak loaded with crazy ivans? Also what is the best way to counter this as allied.

not very lame or efficient

counter with dogs, maybe prep an engi, put some deployed gi's, tanks or basically anything

what you mean not efficient. when someone loads a flak with an ivan when you are distracted it can blow up half your base. also when i see it comming i dont know where it will go. i cant place pillboxes gi's and engi's everywhere. a bomb is quickly placed. also when you kill it with tanks and an explosion occurs a shitload of your tanks will be damaged.

-wall your buildings
-airplanes
-destroy flak before it reaches your base

Soviets can remove Ivan bombs by engineer

If a tank has been bombed spread your tanks apart so there is no splash damage

as mentioned the flak truck is slow enough it can be intercepted

Watch your opponent more closely and you will always stop it.
For soviets use a drone.
For allieds use planes
