I will get several minutes into a game and the RA2 executable stops working... anyone have this problem before? It's pretty frustrating, just happened to me two games in a row.

Just google it and read about it. :) You should know how to get IT experience by now...http://xwis.net/forums/index.php/topic/181633-trojan-crypt3bycc/

It's probably caused by you running multiple antiviruses simultaneously.

If you would accept real answers you would get them, try reinstalling the game and turn off all but one of your antiviruses... (I'm serious).

Bml ra2 was designed to run on a single core, try setting the affinity of the ra2 executable to cpu0 only
This has reduced the occurrence of main exe errors by more than half

@rumblesom this is a very rare occurence, I've ran ra2/yr/ts on 2-4 core affinity for many years without any problems.

I believe that blmabout has a poorly configured computer on the software side and there are other factors that are causing the instability.
