I bought online, only to find I had to wait for manual delivery of an entirely digital product...

 

Then I go and download and install, and it asks me for a password from xwis.net

 

So I enter my password and nothing happens... 0 servers showing. Except a few seconds later I get "disconnected from server".

 

Why is it so difficult? I remember last login and *poof* all servers are there wtf is going on?

If you purchased a serial online from XWIS it can sometimes take a while before it is added to your online game account. It is there that a password is generated for you to play online.
