It seems the game runs really fast... Like my mouse speed is super fast, and everything seems off? Im on a HP desktop windows 7... is there a way to slow things down or is this how it goes? Im confused.

You can also adjust scroll rate and other settings in game options.

When you're on Skirmish you can slow the game speed down by changing it from 6 to 5, or 4. You can also change mouse speed in the options when in game and in the main menu options.
