so if you didn't make ra2 cnc tank or izr in those times stated, then you can not remake them someone else took them after reset.

It's silly and stupid to go out of your way and make other people's old nicks (in obvious cases) or pretend to be someone else. Are we in kindergarten? Not that I care about my "reputation" online (or offline for that matter) but the argument that imitating, defaming or pretending to be someone else just because you feel like it, doesn't hold water in neither the virtual nor the real world.
Perhaps some are so ashamed of their own lives, achievements, looks or intellect that they feel better if they pretend to be someone else
