Yo guys this month i play much qm and when i play maps with oils or something to capture ppl eat my engi or drone + engi! I though there was/is a inofficial codex with no eat and no engi? ^^

If you are playing vs reputable players or players with a good standing here on ST then yes, there should be auto no engi eat.
If you are playing vs any other type of person, expect to meet Engi Eaters.

im never one to eat or engi, however lame me once and you're gonna have a bad time. lol
You actually engi ate me last month or the month before and then attempted to engi me on the 2nd game with engi ifv

if I recall the game correctly that im thinking of, you ate engi on that sov map we kept matching and then rushed, pretty lame

I don't know man, I don't normally lame anyone.
Although, I can't deny that I don't know the rules on certain maps and end up getting lamed or laming someone. That's the main reason I came into this topic. Since i've been QMing a bit more these past couple of months, i'd like to know. I thought this was a topic to explain what is fair on what maps and what is not.
For example, is engi eating 'acceptable' on any map? In my eyes, yes. Which maps? Any map that has walls or fences around their oils. What do you guys think?
Other things i'm confused about are...
Official tournament map A - What spot gets which oil?
Roundhouse kick - Which spot gets which oil?
Alamo - Is engi eating acceptable here? if not, who gets what?
Those are some of the ones I can think of atm, there's more though.

I never said any sort of set rules, I said if I feel lamed I'll lame back
I don't normally go with the flow, if I felt like it could have been an evenly fair game and felt wronged, you'll get wrath, that's all, let not make a big deal out it.

Off A: Left always gets B. You fight only for center garrison.
Roundhouse: You tell opponent what you're getting (but you still guard your engi of course)
Alamo: Only way to play this map fairly is if T gets br oil. Otherwise it's retarded. No eat definitely.

Im not one to "lame" either but if I have a spare Repair IFV in a game after 10 minutes I might use it for something, hardly ever though.
I never engi eat intentionally either, had a few mishaps though then i get alted and quad droned :s

Nah you know once I played Gino on Alamo as T. We knew each other and we knew we were playing each other that game. I asked no eat, I get br oil? He said no, eat on; oil is OP.
And I agree. In any long game that oil is OP. Why should I be pressured to win fast. Gino gaurded the oil that game and I lost. Now if I'm B I just say too bad, eat on. Unfair map.
And Paris L oil is best bc it connects to mid gems- from TL I like to get it. BL can grab Br oil
