Yes.
The best way is to partition your drive using bootcamp and install windows. Google this, there are plenty of walkthroughs and its pretty straight forward.
Another way is to do it using a virtual machine. You can use parallels or a similar programme to run windows on OSX but, for me, RA2 was always extremely laggy.
