Hi, I need help when I'm in a party I have no option left the game or canceled, there was just a blank screen without the option left the game canceled or it's weird and I have the same thing when I want to leave the game

So you're getting an internal error every game at ~50 seconds?

I suspect that you have a serious problem in Windows (your operating system) and you should check for problems elsewhere.

You should try to use system restore or alternatively reinstall windows.

restoring the system does not work, in English it means: a unknown error that occurred during the restoration

In that case your problem is very deep inside the Windows Operating system and the best course of action would be to reinstall it.

I know how to re install windows 7 but I do not want to lose all my files ...

Then back them up, depending on the amount, you could spread them over different cloud file storage services such as dropbox, skydrive.

If I was you I would hurry backing them up as in the current state your computer can only get worse and not better so you might lose them anyway.

 

You can try this, but I'm doubtful it will work.

thank you for your program but it is paiant, I first thought it was the cable of power who had died since my screen comes on and goes off for no reason, but after searching on the internet I see that no, j 'have it when I opened some program in my message of restoration side you can see an error code that is weird

Look, unless you had windows system restore turned off, there should be no errors.

If such an important part of the operating system is faulty then you have an incredibly BIG AND SERIOUS PROBLEM.

 

From my own experience with computers in the past, I know what that kind of stuff leads to, I've had that same error with system restore and I know that certain doom follows it.

I urge you to prepare for a reinstall, by backing up your files or you WILL lose them.

In that case your graphics card is dying or your power supply is too weak or dying as well.
