Hello,

 

is there a chance to play Yuri's Revenge on German?

 

I have the german RA2 and YR-Version but when I install the multiplayer-patch from XWIS it language changes to English. So is there a possibility?

Edit: Already solved. For people who need the original language file and don't want to reinstall the game: Look on your YR disc for the .cab-files and extract it somewhere. Then replace the langmd.mix file in your game directory with the one from your disc.

1.Install from CD

2.Patch to latest version of Yuri's Revenge & Red Alert 2.

3.Install XWIS version in a seprate folder.

4. Copy the files language.mix and langmd.mix over to the XWIS version of the game.

 

If you copy the language.mix from the CD there's chances of compatibility issues with other versions of the game.

Could be that the Yuri's 1.001 patch didn't modify the language files.
