How is the quality?

My settings atm =

Rate in Frames per Second, Record = 15 Playback = 15
Cursor/Full frame capture ratio = 1
Key frame every 30 frames
Video compressor = Auto select
Frame compression quality = 85%

If you have a powerful computer try to capture to DivX it will result in much higher quality.

Before uploading you can convert your video files to mp4 DivX @ 75-85% which results in a much smaller video files.

Meaning faster downloads and viewing. You can use a program called 'mediacoder' to do that.

Also don't use that site, it seems awfully slow. Youtube works best and makes your video easier to find.

You probably configured the converter poorly, if you set it up correctly you will get some of the best video quality.
