Yeh, I found the anwer myself earlier 2day after googling, thanks anyways but i got another "problem"
My reso can go up to 1920x1080, after typing HIRES at main menu,  only the Resolution up to 1200x1024 is availiable, all the other resolutions are not there, i though the XWIS version has the resolution patch built into it?!
I looked in old topic for this issues it says u have 2 set 60hgz or something i allready have but still no luck and I played 2 games of skirmish for a minute and each time after the game when i enter the stats screen i get an error message and my Ra2 automatic closes down

You can try opening Ra2md.ini in notepad and find the Screenwidth/Screenheight and try to change it that way.

Right click on the ra2 icon and click Properties and then on the tab Compatibilty, then go to  Compatibilty mode and choose windows98/Windows me, after that click on OK

Failed to load ra2.ini. Defaulting to empty file
Make sure you run this program from the game dir.

Where can i find the game dir?

The resolution patch doesn't work with xwis versions.
Dylan (Dylhole) on the forums has a custom resolution fix for Yuri's Revenge, which enables all resolutions at options by default and disabled the reso limit on XWIS.

If you have Skype I can fix those errors for you.

No offence Freq but you come across as a little shady to most xwis players, cannot be trusted hehe

Can you find the amount of time it takes for the error to appear?
I might have a fix for it if I know that.

Yeah, I know what's causing it in that case. It's the game's copy protection.
Would you like me to fix it for you?

The error that pops up happens with the Xwis multiplayer version only, forget reaction#18, what i meant was after installing with CD and downloading the xwis multiplayer the reso thing seems to work for the Xwis version ingame on QM

So to make it clear I have 2 version of Ra2

In the Ra2 Westwoord CD map contains these files + the file from the site that Zigzag gave me for my reso problem http://blog.obelisk.ro/2010/09/resolution-fix-for-red-alert-2-yuris.html
I can play skirmish on 1920x1080 reso with no error ingame or after the game, i assume i would work 2 on QM but it's not ; ( online i get this message when i go to QM match

It's a false positive. Same used to happen for my no-cd patch and also for the reso patch.
