I am writing this for a friend (meechll), he purchased a serial via paypal but cannot create a Nick. It keeps asking for a serial but he hasn't received one even thought he paid the $10. If anyone knows what we are doing wrong and could point us in the right directions that would be awesome.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the transaction to be processed. The serial will be automatically added to his account and a confirmation email will typically follow
