I have no idea...I just screenshotted what I saw. And I saw lines like that targeting my units coming from his base.

Dear original poster,

 

Let's look at the first picture you have posted.  This is from your point of view.  Thus why you were able to get the '/r/dpl' in your screen shot.

 

In your building tabs, you have a psychic sensor.  Thus, the physic lines you see; are from your physic sensor, and your point of view.  Not that of your opponent.  Had you checked the game stats, they show his auto ss uploaded pictures without any psychic lines.
