I show that it is running but my screen shots never show up under the game in the games section. I enter the /r/dpl command and while the code line is still on screen I press control+C at the same time. Never shows SS in the games section. It does save the SS to my game file on my cpu. What am I doing wrong?

You're not running the XWIS version of RA2. XGS isn't about screenshots...

Make sure when loading ra2 to launch "red alert 2.exe"

oh, Thanks. When I open Red alert 2 xgs game spy it goes to DOS for a second then the game starts.

 

Can I uninstall the first decade edition (purchased from Target) and use the xwis download from this website to play online? Seems more direct and I don't really care to play the missions.

if you like and you're satisfied the xwis version is working well for you, but you should reconsider about the missions ^^ i just did the soviet campaign- really fun
