Sealxx0 was banned before for maphacking on Heck Freezes Over     but he is still doing it

 

Watch reply,  at start of game his tanks and Gis move to exactly where the crates are.  Watch the tank movements,  he doesnt even attempt to scout. 

 

I saw his dog for right to the crate without prior scout

 

I confronted him abouting cheating, he said " what are you going to do about it"  lol
