On 13, July 2014, I sent a paypal payment of 10 EUR but did not get any serial since then.
Please help...

Hi aabluedragon, the serial was automatically added to your XWIS Game Account. Typically an email is sent once the serial has been added. You should be able to login to the game using the nick and Game Password (also found within your account).
