This guy will recon or use some special cheat to DC any map he dont like or when losing.

Just check his stats. Would it be able to place proper report somehow ? What he did in my game was lag immediately on start and then error message appeared: 'Another system stopped responding'. Game ended up in wash:

The stats clearly show he is reconning on purpose in ranked games usually within 1 minute from start. This is probably not proof of cheating, but very very evident. Please send him warning at least, even though i think he completely deserves ban.
