zzezzbe and I played a guy named askmozes today and he used presidents. ALOT of them. The game was completed and we won but it never showed up on the games roster. Tough to make a cheat report and I wasn't recording today. If I could find it I would put it on Youtube again but no luck. I was running xgs and it was a mod map. My question is, "is it permissible to make presidents and use trainers on mod maps?" I have read that xwis does not moderate mod maps but I have seen cheat reports proven for hacks on mod maps.   Please understand that I don't always run xgs because I usually record my fav games and post them to youtube. Thanks for the help.

How do you know ifs it's going to be a fav game, unless you record from the start?

It's not allowed, but it's not bannable.

 

Can you link to a proven cheat report on a mod map? I don't recall seeing one.

We dont process Cheat reports on mod maps because mod map's can come with integrated cheats.

Personally i think we should where possible.

Shauny. I am going to assume that was a honest question and not a troll question. I record games with my friends and most clan matches.

One other question for xwis. Many times I when I running xgs the game will crash about a minute or so into the game. Many players say that happens because someone used a trainer or a hack. Is that true? I realize that is a vague question but could a used trainer cause xgs to crash the game. I do not mean a recon error. This seems to happen a lot on Mt. Olympus. or maybe it is that I play that map a lot so the percentages are skewed.
