This is the most annoying shit ever, happens after every game. I have absolutely no issues with this on GameRanger.
After every single game I have on XWIS my internet drops for 2 minutes

Are you sure your internet disconnects, or are you just DCing from XWIS?

It will disconnect me from Skype etc everything I have open. Won't be able to go on any sites for about 2 minutes. I then have to unplug my Ethernet cord from the router for like 10 seconds and then put it back in for it to work otherwise I have to wait 2-3 minutes.

Try using a different Ethernet cable

I have no problems on Game Ranger, so why does this happen on Xwis?

It's the driver of your network chip. Try to update it or try another network card.

it's because of screen shot uploading, you have to get a faster internet connection
or after each game (alt+tab) then Ctrl+Shift+Esc purpose to end Task for Ra2
that would solve the problem, otherwise uninstall auto-ss

I doubt it, people (myself included) had this problem long before the auto-ss:it's because of screen shot uploading...

Update your network card driver. If that doesn't work, buy a network card with a Realtek 8139 chipset (they're only cheap and easy to install).

This issue is due to the NIC card or driver's. It was around long before auto-ss. Your issue was just a terrible upload speed.
