i wanted to registrate my serial number of RA2. Game is new and 2 years old.

 

But when i fill in my serial number in "create account" i got the message :

 

Serial has been registered already (S: 108071, U: 47846)

Valid serial required. If you don't own a serial, buy one. Do not try to add serials you don't own.

 

can you help me please?

 

who registrated my serial number?

can you change or delete the serial number of Killerois. He have stolen my key four years ago. Last time killerois xwis account was online is 3.5 years ago.

I don't think they can just delete a serial off some one with out no proof that it has been stolen?

sry for my latest response. It prove that it is my serial and i buy the game. We were friends that correct, and i know him but i didn't gave him my serial.

 

He didn't log in since 3.5 years. And on this time i didnt play the game. i want to play for me and fun.

 

In the past i installed the game with the serial and i can log in to the lobby. I know it is your server and your support. So what can we do that i get my way to playing online back?

Ask your friend to buy you a new serial. We don't and can't delete serials like that.

Perhaps ask him how he got the serial then? What's the name of your friend?
And I'm confused. How come you didn't recognize your friend's account at first?
