i got always this message when i try to qm and cant match with anyone.

 

is there maybe a solution?

You most likelly have 2 option's. Either set DMZ or try port fowarding I had the same problem however enabling DMZ solved my issue. If u choose to enable DMZ id advise making sure you have a firewall up and running.
