The evidence in this report show's you have multiple reconnection error's when you lose games. This isnt caused by your connection. Its caused by 3rd party tool's. You can dispute all you want but upon purchasing a serial and playing on XWIS you accept the term's and condition's that go with playing on this Server. If you wish to further query this matter you are welcome to create a support topic.
