My first thought when I read this was 'Is this for real?' It just seems so hard to believe. I guess this goes to remind us that there really are 'real' people behind the screens and behind the nicknames we take for granted when we play games online.
When I look back over the time I played TS, certain characters stand out to me as people I will always remember (for whatever reason) as people who left some sort of mark upon my life. And you know, I think I would consider Kyle to be one of those people. Sure, I didn't know him as well as others on here probably did, but as a character, he stood out, and was always a good laugh, and I will always remember him for his banter and his incessant rapping, even though a lot of it didn't make much sense!
You know, I'll have to go away and think about this a bit and post some more later. It's very hard to find words to describe how this story makes me feel -- not just about Kyle, but about TS in general, and the real people we take for granted when we enter these crazy virtual worlds.
RIP Kyle.

P.S. Once tributes have been collected I will make a permanent post with everyone's comments on the TS blog.
