i finally know u must have a print screen of the rec.window (never u knew how they did that) but now i must now when i post it in what type of file i must put it, i mean 4 example .html or such ?????

Past it in any paint program, and save it as .jpg

hmm i think it cant in word but i have a program called paint and when i want to save it as there isnt a jpg file to where i can chance it to

this is ****ing strange guys my father has the same windows and with hes paint there is a way to save as jpg ???????????????

i think u need the office pack. For example windows office 2000. I didnt have j.peg to save as in paint before but after installing the office 2000 it worked.

You can't past it in word, but it should be possible to save as .jpeg/.jpg even you doesn't got office pack.
