Chinese guy should be removed due to abusing stormy weather =) 26.8% on stormy
Map Quotas Map quotas. In order to address the issue of 1-mapping there is now a 25% maximum map quota. This means that a single map cannot exceed more than 25% of your total games at the end of the month. If you play qm in the correct way you will not need to worry about this quota since you will not be randomly matched on a map more than 25% of the time. If you play custom tournament it is your responsibility to make sure that you play a wide enough selection of maps so as not to break this rule. Any one that has breached this rule at the end of the month will be disqualified from entry into the HOF or winning an XWIS prize.

Incorrect calculations there, i made this same mistake first off when i compiled the HOF, However once shown the correct calculation's and all factor's are taken into account, he just makes it and no more.

doubtful what numbers did you use? i just excluded all RE and double wins/ losses and his % went up
