This is a glitch when using ALT+TAB during game load. It's only happened once with this player and it appears they used the score tab for most of the game.

i played ts 14 years never had a glitch where it gives u free rader not maken it fade ALSO ask other players you they tell you same

This is a common glitch using previously mentioned conditions. It doesn't provide an advantage as it virtually renders the radar useless.
