This report lacks evidence. I will look at this report only because you can't get psychic lines from a crate. What makes you think those screenshots are coming from cl0sed? From a quick look, I can't find 100% proof they're his, though, I will keep investigate the report further. 

 

I've added files that may help the case but still, not enough evidence is presented.

The evidence is that yellow has multiple units selected on the first two screenshots. Nobody else can select more than one unit of another team, thus the screenshots are coming from yellow aka cl0sed.

By SSs, we can see that the cheater isnt using all vehicles cheat, so the cheater is 1 of the korea players once he can make eagles.

 

There is a SS where we can see orange is korea, and another that orange is myhill369.

 

So for exclusion, yellow is the other korea player and he is cl0sed.
