I can play single player no problem but when I try to create a online account it goes to requesting nickname then says unknown statues  can't connect to westwood online what do I need to do in order to get this to work please help asap I wanna play

I have already crated a nickname and got the password it I don't know how to get it onto my game in my info the only option I have is default then when I click new account it won't connect to get my nickname I created

Disable "Use as Default" and then enter your new login. Don't click the New Account button.
