When attempting to login to a game (Renegade) through WOL, the connection keeps getting refused due to a corrupt serial. I recently purchased my copy from Orgin Games, it was part of a package that included 17 different games.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, so I did another fresh install of the game from the Orgin client. I did a another install of Scripts 4.0 from http://www.tiberiantechnologies.org, and during the instal of the 4.0 scripts I used a serial from when I purchased The Command and Conquer Collection and I seem to be good to go.

 

I guess is my only question is, how come my serial from Orgin games is not sufficent to play online?

Did Scripts 4 reject your Origin key? If so, you should contact it's authors.

Yes, scripts seemed to reject my key. I would have to go back and double check but I want to say Scripts only allowed a numeric key. I just hate to mess with something that is not broken, the key I used, that worked, is just from a previous copy of Renegade that I purchased (all numeric)
