Okay so I have bought a new laptop and ra2 wont work.
Until someone can help me get it working it looks like football manager 2013 is getting bought and far cry 3 is getting dished out on my xbox 
If someone can help then let me know, otherwise unfortunately you have lost an active player xwis due to whatever issues you may have.

We should take a look at your laptop and install VMware. I tried win7 but I couldn't fix the black screen problem in RA2. I was not able to switch the display via Neo's how to so I am going to test winXP next week.

I think i have same problem with YR. When i get in Yuri's Revenge main screen i hear music, but see no music. How to fix this? Would be very nice to play on my new laptop as well.
Hope u guys got any idea's for me?

You're the one having issues... XWIS didn't buy W8.
Ra2 needs a fix for Win8 otherwise xwis will have no future. And guess what - I wouldn't EVER install Win8 on my PC, but still that's my opinion.
