Even if Martin wanted to, I seriously doubt he had the insight for such an attack. He admittedly said he "lacks knowledge on hosting sites".
Even if he had connections to russian mafia I doubt he would want xwis to have attacked. On his website he declared that his goal is to improve activity on xwis. Martin hacking xwis is total nonsense...
Im not saying he did, im saying if what emi says is true then we have suspicious circumstances.

Since when is it hard to start a DDoS attack?! You don't need a genius for that.
Yes but according to XWIS staff, XWIS is hosted on EA's server with good defenses, so we're not talking about a pencil-pushing newb here. They were also able to neutralize my site and make it redirect to homoerotic pornography.
This is one skilled hacker, by the looks. I only know one players who's as infamous as his skill set here in our community under that area.
That same player has hatred towards XWIS and myself and has done several personal attacks against me.

yea i noticed that lol, considering that, the topic on cncftw, the fact he wasnt happy about your's savage's and emis reply's, made me think along the same lines haha but no proof so what u gna do lol

Also how do you explain my site getting converted to gay porn then? Weeks of work was lost on my own site.

I also donated Olaf money to supply me with an XWIS account as a prize for my tournament.

I don't think Martin did it.
He will look stupid if after a couple of days all the deleted data will suddenly appears, furthermore such thing will prove that he is the responsible of this attack as he said that he has no backup of the lost files.
I can't even understand this logic.. I've been helping xwis for years and supporting it.

I do not have a back up, but my host does, though they are slow getting it. Hopefully it's intact and wasn't harmed in the attack.

Honestly... it's really not that skillful
It only takes the following to carry out that kind of attack.
- a trojan (with someone stupid enough to install it, and type in the ftp login details)
- a botnet made up of trojanned pcs
It really doesn't take that much skill to do that, and that's the reason why only an idiot or lamer would do it :s
As most people playing in the cnc community become victims of trojans and bots on occasion, its up to that individual to ensure they keep their anti-virus software up-to-date to ensure that they do not unwittingly become the victims of their pcs being used in an attack against xwis, or ea.
I just checked cncftw (to read up on this post) and your forums appear to be offline.
