I use to be able to do it with my old CD version of TS. With the xwis multiplayer download there is no sun.ini for me to edit. Is there another way to change it?

Type hires into the main menu? Should generate one!

If not, open up notepad, new file > and name it SUN.ini. Enter

StretchMovies=no

And add this under the [Video] tag. You can then change your reso to all the resolutions your monitor supports in the in-game options.

Start the game,go change some setting such as display resolution, exit the game. then the SUN.ini file should generate I think

Nope, and i had played multpile games too. I was experimenting how resolution came to affect in game stalls. It has no impact as some people have stated.

not working. i cant even play missions lol. i also think im getting kicked from game b4 they start... i m getting-unable to read scenario- when trying to test reso with a missionn.

 

hmm seems i have map in my tibsun folder but i dont have any ingame...

If you downloaded the XWIS Multiplayer version, the missions will not be available. If you're testing resolution, it's best to do so using Skirmish
