I think it's a good idea to have these events during the middle of the month as it acts as a bridge for the competitive players.

I know, when I played, I always was active early in the month, died off in the middle, and then was active at the end.

true need to find out (usually weekdays) when the gap is biggest but unfortuantly for everyone to have a chance, timezonesn stuff come into play hmmmmm
