The game isn´t the newest one and modern Computers does conflicts with these game.
Everyone knows the disconnects or por error that ocures at longer multiplayer matches.
I already allowed all known ports for the game but these error happens again.
What can i do that prevent me from the disconnects? I heard a rumor that the games causes to much traffic at longer playtime than a 100Mbit connection isn´t enough to continue.
Im not sure but the games uses the Novell IPX protocoll for lan. In its own readme is a warning that the ms-compatible protocoll causes errors. But while playing online the game have to use TCPIP.
Since win 2000 i cannot use Novell protocoll anymore only the Nwlink SPX /IPX compatible protocoll or something like that. Here is my first post wich contains actual hardware what im using

Can somenody tell my what can help and what are the no-go´s in online games that are causing the disconnect ?
My personal think is
- the hunter drone
- the nod missile
- the ion cannon
- killing the crate monster and the tiberium fallout decreases
- the emp cannon against a flying unit
