So I feel that we can, to a relative degree of certainty, establish a QM HOF for June and the upcoming months.
Feel free to disagree but perhaps this is a way in which we can attain a HOF for the RA2 1v1 ladder from now onwards; pending any forthcoming official announcements.

They put too much effort into getting it right.
Used auto-SS? yes/no
Not a duplicate account in HoF? yes/no
0 cheat reports for that month? yes/no
If all yes, lock that player in. Move to next person.
If there's a cheat report against player, assess it, if it's not going to be proven and has no effect on points outcomes, lock it in. Chances are the only people that will have cheat reports against them will be people failing the auto-SS requirement anyway.
One key thing for whoever takes responsibility for HoF - if the players don't report something, don't go looking for it. All these HoFs not done basically because administrators want to make sure they've removed every undeserved point from every potential HoF player. If it's not something we've asked an "admin 2 check", then don't fucking check it! or plan to check it, 'cause then shit never gets done.

we should keep this topic alive. and at the very last hour of the ra2 ladder. Someone posts the top 10. and that is solidified since its not being updated anymore.
