last few days my monitor started to flimmer hardcore.

picture is all fine until resolution of 1024x768, then i gotta change 60hz to 75hz to get a good picture.
any higher resoultion, doesnt matter what hertz, screen is flimmering hardcore.

tried to update driver, etc, nothing helped.

i guess my graphiccard is ****ed.

probably should just change graphic card, but did anyone of you experience anything similiar and got any other suggestion for me i could try?

It's probably the monitor not the graphics card. Try with another monitor before buying a new graphics card.

im actually pretty sure its the graphic card (because such errors are caused by graphic cards), also since my pc is pretty old, and my monitor pretty new and was very expensive.

going to try to connect monitor to a laptop tomorrow so ill know whats up, just wanted to see if anyone has another idea

Ah ok. Maybe try another VGA cable. Sometimes they go bad.

You're going to have to buy an AGP video card if you say the PC is old... Why not upgrade the whole PC while you're at it? :D
