just curious on why the admins selected keep leaving, shouldn't there be some back up system, if not we go back to square one.

the others just get new interests, dont have time/motivation or whatever, it doesnt really matter, or do you really expect someone to support for free this site forever?

ive never and probably never will understand where olaf has the motivation from to still run this site n xwis for free.

dont get me wrong, id love to do his job but for a really good payment

guess he sees this as his hobby and as additional experience which never can be wrong, however he's the only one whos been loyal since day 1 and most likely until last day

yes they do lose interest, my point however with admins losing interest, it does result in back to square one if there in no back up plan.
