I need an installation with a serial because I want to log on to my Pizzaguru nickname which is not on my control panel =[
Is it possible to set my serial after installation?

I can trick the server into thinking I have my serial but that's not how I want to be logging in =/
Installing from both (CD and multiplayer download) worked for me before but that's not very sexy either.
Is there an easy way to set a serial when using red alert 2 multiplayer download (XWIS Client or regedit maybe)?
The textboxes on the XWIS Client should be read-only because it does not allow me to change serial?

I think dizeeG must be dizzy (get it? dizee-dizzy? nvm). He must have misunderstood you.

If you enter your old serial into the xwis control panel, your nicks from that serial should appear. You can then use those old nicks with the password provided at the top of control panel.

It does, if you've got the latest version and run it as administrator.

What I suggested. What you suggest is good when the nick is registered on a serial that you have.

BTW, for Pizzaguru that'd be a YR serial.
