all resolved...i downloaded yr qm patch again and now can play all games..i just wasn't applying patch properly after you fixed other issues so mike applied patch for me and all is good..thanks once again for all the help

can i ask you where do i get this patch as my game resolution keeps switching back to small size ? and also online when i qm and play in lobbby

For the resolution you can edit RA2MD.ini into C:/ProgramsFiles/RedAlert2 with your resolution. Move it into deskop for edit it.

(But you can check first into My informations or type "HIRES" into the main menu
