NO. the bracket is UNOFFICIAL. I will have to change it to whoever comes, tournament will BEGIN 15 minutes after 8PM GMT so everyone has 15 minutes to get there incase they are late. Based on past experience im going to change the participants to whomever shows up, then have the bracket randomize it and set it up from there. I dont believe everyone will show up
