Reason for the tournament: To have fun and get some competitive 1v1s, to boost activity and get a lot of good players on around the same time to play

Tournament would take place sometime over thanksgiving break (Nov 22-27ish).

I hosted a similar tournament ~1 year ago and it was an INCREDIBLE amount of fun. Many players had a lot of GG's and it brought together a lot of good players.

Reason you should sign up for the tournament: Play a lot of good players and have fun!

Also, anyone interested in maybe observing some games and posting videos please let me know.

I suggested an idea similar in another thread, thanksgiving and December breaks sound great in my opinion.Id say id be willing to participate, and taking vids would be cool.

Hm, everything sounds good, i think maybe we should agree on a map po0l or something and find a good matching system so the final games will be epic.

Map pool can be any map as long as both players agree imo, but we can do specific maps if you think that would run better. Also, the matching system would be random.

I would prefer bo3, yeah. Maybe bo5 for finals though.

Would any of you be interested in participating in a "FFG tournament"? This tournament will be hosted and end in 1 day and can expect to take 2-4 hours. Anyone interested in participating in this FFG tournament should post.

2v2 would be awesome. I know it would be extremely hard to get that done but that's what's lacking in ra2 atm. Lots of people qm already but hardly any 2v2 cm's are going on.

Count me in for 2v2. Maybe for 1v1.

Edit: We can even have the 2v2 on Distants new map! =P

I tried to get a cm day for 2v2's a year ago and it didn't work out. However, I would be willing to try again.

2 v 2 is hard to organise, often one member of team doesnt show etc.- speaking from experience.

I am not sure how we would accomplish a 2v2 tournament. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I am looking for around 8+ or so more players to say they would be interested in the FFG tournament before I post sign ups. Please, post all your ideas and suggestions, thank you.
