Menu and Video Issue! Help?

I'm using windows 7 home premium 64-bit, and I've tried all compatibility options, turned off UAC, set my battery options to high performance through intel HD panel (Although I have Nvidia GeForce 540M using optimus) and I've tried both "the first decade" and original versions of Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge. I even tried using windows 98 virtual machine which STILL did not fix my issue. I've heard it has something to do with DirectDraw but I can't disable it because windows 7 won't let me. Is there any fix to this at all?

Download this and copy it to your RA2 folder, where you can find game.exe and ra2.exe.
This might fix it. I'm not 100% sure.

yeah I even tried this fix, however it just makes everything black screen, but still with audio.
To anybody who has the same problem as me, all I can do to help you is share how I dealt with this problem (Cause I know there's scarce information online about it) it's no fix, but what you can do is go to mouse -> pointer options, and turn on the hit ctrl button to show pointer option and use it to refresh the static image of the menus. Also, this worked flawlessly for me, however it was hard to find, Use VMware to emulate windows XP and install red alert 2 in there. (Works with windows 7 64-bit) As to a direct fix for play while using windows 7, I haven't found any...
