Same way you worked around it: terminate the process.Then how did you fix it if you don't know what causes it? What makes you think it's related to WOLAPI?
WOLAPI's version might not be the same for everyone and it's related to internet games.

Another try. This one will also tell you your NAT type in QM. And it won't tell you your opponent.
It'll also open xwis.net instead of any other page when the game opens a webpage.

No. To form a connection between both of you IPs must be shared.

Just so that ppl won't be like: "Ahh, so john123 is the same person as bob321 that I played on City! If we match up on that map next, I'll know what he's going to do... muhahahaha!"No. Why would you want to do that?
And also, often I do stupid things, and without ppl knowing it was me, I can go: "He did what? He walled off his barracks? What an idiot! I'm glad I'm not that guy!"
But no biggy. Those things don't happen too often.
