If it freezes at a blank main menu screen then it's the same for me and I'm still using the first, pre update version.

RA2 can exit normally when playing on QQ or GameRanger, but not when using the internet or skirmish options. Maybe exploring the way those programs launch RA2 can lead to a more proper fix. Hope this can help a bit, by the way I also mailed you the ra2.txt generated by your launcher.

Is Skirmish affected as well? I always though it was only WOL.

On some occasions it hangs on exit after playing skirmishes. Also the e-mail that I tried to send you with the ra2.txt didn't get delivered to that address for some unknown reason.

Did you test the ss feature?

Also the SS feature is kaput.. No folder was created and screen shots are still saved in the RA2 folder as .pcx.

Looks like you didn't get the updated version.
DylHole: No, it's Ctrl-C in RA2.

Yes I did. I downloaded your installer picked the path as my ra2 folder and expected it would overwrite the previously copied files...
I used ctrl+c to take ss's but no go.

Another try. This one will also tell you your NAT type in QM. And it won't tell you your opponent.
It'll also open xwis.net instead of any other page when the game opens a webpage.

have you tried adding a sound or get ra2 icon flashing when you find a QM? that would be perfecto

I still wonder what causes this issue. Maybe it's the WOLAPI version?
