could this function be applied to pages in-game ?
Probably not, because it would just cause confusion if a lot of similar nicknames are found. eg: die, ddie, dddie... etc

It's really only a minor feature/problem though which didn't really bother me that much, plus it made the nicks easier to remember due to having to type them exactly as they are.

Do you replace certain letters with their numeric counterparts? Though, this can get complicated quickly. Do you just turn the search into a regular expression?
