http://xwis.net/ra2/?q=premium
http://xwis.net/ra2/pl/pr3m1um/
both are correct...

http://xwis.net/ra2/?q=die ---> Links of ddddddie stats.
http://xwis.net/ra2/?q=premium ---> Links of pr3m1um stats.

The player's name dddddddie is shortened by die
The letters are removed from the name pr3m1um
search easier?

all that interesting... :p

Good job, Olaf. Been waiting for that feature for a while.

could this function be applied to pages in-game ?

Probably not, because it would just cause confusion if a lot of similar nicknames are found. eg: die, ddie, dddie... etc

Good job, Olaf. Been waiting for that feature for a while.

Really? Why didn't you request it earlier?

I think I gave it a slight mention somewhere, can't remember which topic it was, but probably it was around the time when you were changing the stats layout on the ladder.
It's really only a minor feature/problem though which didn't really bother me that much, plus it made the nicks easier to remember due to having to type them exactly as they are.

Shame on you. For anyone that hasn't figured it out by now: it allows you to type "goodboy" into the search field to find http://xwis.net/ra2/pl/g00db0y/

So, how exactly does it work? very_happy.gif

Do you replace certain letters with their numeric counterparts? Though, this can get complicated quickly. Do you just turn the search into a regular expression?

These work:

http://xwis.net/ra2/?q=veronlcas
http://xwis.net/ra2/?q=v3r0n1c4s

These don't:

http://xwis.net/ra2/?q=veronica5

I expected it to work, but you don't seem to alternate between S and 5.
